Our Promise
We want you to truly love your personalized song.
Every order is custom-created from your memories, story, and details, and we put real care into every song we deliver. If something doesn't feel right, we'll work with you on a revision to make it right.
If after your included revision we're still unable to deliver a version you're happy with, we'll provide a full refund of your song purchase price.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because every song is personalized and created specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Before Your Song Is Delivered
- Within 2 hours of purchase: Full refund (100%)
- Within 2–24 hours of purchase: 50% refund
- More than 24 hours after purchase: Orders become non-refundable once substantial production work has begun
24-Hour Rush Orders
Rush orders receive immediate production priority and are non-refundable once work has begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@songalways.com with your order number.
Revisions
Every order includes 1 free revision.
Revisions may include:
- Correcting names or details
- Adjusting lyrics or phrasing
- Small tone or pacing changes
Additional revisions may be purchased for $15 each (maximum 3 additional revisions).
Major changes such as changing genres, changing vocal styles, complete rewrites, or new concepts and stories may require additional production fees.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Add-Ons
The following add-ons are non-refundable once production begins:
- 24-Hour Rush Delivery
- Second Style Version
- Extra Revision Packs
These upgrades involve additional production work and reserved priority time.
Errors & Technical Issues
If your delivered song contains an error related to the information submitted in your order, or if you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll gladly correct the issue or provide replacement files at no additional cost.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at hello@songalways.com. We respond to all customer inquiries as quickly as possible and are committed to resolving concerns fairly.
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where there is evidence of completed delivery, revisions, or active communication regarding the order.

- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- Whether you're requesting a revision or a refund
- If revision: what you'd like changed
- If refund: the reason
We respond to all messages within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Payment processor fees may be deducted from refunds where permitted by law.
